The Yusufzai Lab is part of Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacolgy Department at Harvard Medical School and the Radiation Oncology Department at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute . Our lab is located in the Jimmy Fund Building at DFCI.
We are focused on characterizing ATP-dependent enzymes that are important for the progression of rare cancers and other orphan diseases. Our projects bring together both biochemistry and cell biology approaches to identifying key transcription pathways that can be targetted for therapeutic benefit.
